Adam Johnson’s sister has thanked her friend Katie Price for her support, as they posed up together on Twitter.
Former glamour model Katie has publicly shared her support for Faye ever since her brother was jailed, and while she’s never commented on Johnson himself, she’s remained very close with his sibling.
Now Faye has called the star a “true friend” after they spent the last few days together.
The pair pouted in the recent photo, mimicking each other’s pose, and Faye captioned it: “Had a great few days with @MissKatiePrice thank you so much for been there for me… Shows you are a true friend.”

Former Sunderland winger Johnson, 28, was jailed for six years in March after being convicted of child grooming and sexual activity with a child.
His sister Faye Johnson has spearheaded a publicity campaign around an appeal over Johnson’s conviction and the length of his sentence.
Meanwhile Johnson’s former girlfriend Stacey Flounders recently branded Katie “embarrassing”, after she was rumoured to be making plans to visit him in prison.

It was claimed Katie would visit him for a new TV show about teenagers obsessed with “stars”.
But Johnson’s ex – who supported him at court for his first few appearances before sensationally dumping him – is not a fan.

Stacey, who is the mum of Adam’s daughter, wrote on Twitter: “Sick of these Katie Price stories, what has she got to do with Adam? #embarrassing.”
Johnson is reported to have rejected the offer for Katie to visit.
