Hello….i want to buy a chanel bag from your site but i m wondering..

In the subject line is the beginning of an email I received yesterday, and as I receive these emails alot, where the content and text may vary but they are all asking the same thing,
“Can I trust you”?
I have decided to answer this one here on the blog so all can see and benefit! 
My intention is not to offend the sender, thus no personal info is revealed. My hope is that I will address or alleviate the concerns which I know most people have when buying designer items online.
First I must say that I DO understand your concerns and do NOT and cannot and fault anyone for wanting to protect themselves against loosing their hard earned cash especially in the current economic climate!
Here is the customer’s full email;
“hello….i want to buy a chanel bag from your site but i m wondering..if its original and how can i know that. For the end i want to ask you if i can pay the day of the delivery with cash?because i want to be sure that the bag will come.” end of email……
Now there is nothing I can do or say to make you trust you me! I can provide as much information as I can, answer all your questions, but at the end of the day to buy or not buy is your own personal decision.
Thus I think it would be futile to attempt for me to try to get people to trust me! So I do not try to win people trust, as I believe the harder I try the less and less you would trust me.
What I can I do is assist you to make an informed decision, we are living in an information age there are tons of resources and information out there that you find and learn how to protect your self when buying online.
Take time out to inform yourselves, while I continue to make every effort to inform and guide you, you must take responsibility to inform and arm yourselves! My honest opinion is that you can will only be scammed if you allow yourselves to be scammed! Please note that scamers are constantly learning and informing themselves so they can perfect their technique!
I know there is alot of confusing and misleading information out there but if you take the time you will eventually wade through the junk and emerged an informed online shopper!
For instance the purse blog forum (http://www.purseblog.com/) is filled with people, resources and information so you can educate yourselves. Mind you I don’t agree with everything that is said there but their hearts are in the right place trying to help and protect others.
You can also do a search on google “how to spot fake Chanel” or something similar.
You can also use reputable payment sources that will assist you in getting your money back in case there is a problem and you are unable to resolve this with the vendor!
