Timeless Classic Chanel 2.55

Many handbags which were once popular in the fashion tide have disappear, while some classic are everlasting, and Chanel 2.55 is just this type which are the necessary collection and pursuit for every woman, as bag to woman is like automobile to man acting huge magic.
Launched in February 1955, Chanel 2.55 is well-known for its simplicity and elegance and still remains stylish as it was launched more than 50 years ago. There is a long story to describe the original 2.55. It features the 2.55 front lock on the front, named “the Mademoiselle Lock“, is different from the classic double CC logo and the lining’s brown color which shows the color of the uniforms from the convent where she grew up. As Coco Chanel liked to hide her love letters from her lover at that time, there is a zippered compartment at the inside of the front flap. And Ms Chanel stashed extra money at the back outside flap on the handbag. That is why she designed this kind of handbag.
In fall 2005, Karl Lagerfeld re-released the Chanel 2.55 in order to celebrate its 50th anniversary, and the new design feature a turn clasp instead of the CC clasp which is more appealing.

Chanel Lucky Charms Handbag, the limited edition, belongs to the new design of Chanel 2.55, many women are crazy about it. Remember when I first saw it, I was also fascinated about its decoration on its flap.
This Lucky Charms is made out of lovely distressed leather and features leather-lined interior foldover flap with magnetic snap closure. Like Chanel 2.55, it is also measured at 9.5 x 6.5 x 3 inches with underside zip pocket and rear patch pocket. With the signature Chanel chain-link shoulder strap, it could be carried in the hands or over the shoulder. What I like best and the most appealing of this lucky charms bag is the Chanel “memorabilia” from years past decorated on its exterior which make it distinctive from others and add elegance and luxurious to its all design.
Personally I think the decorations exterior also add some romantic elements to it though it is a black handbag. It would go well with some modern and fashion outfits, and holding it would attract other’s attention. I would like to choose some formal and feminine clothes to match this limited Chanel Lucky Charms Handbag.

This Chanel Quilted Satchel is a must collection in your wardrobe which is a combination of sophistication and classic. I think Chanel has really done something unique and good with this bag. Unlike the common quilted handbag, this black Chanel quilted satchel has a very chic and distinctive shape which gives it a more elegant and sophisticated look.
This satchel is made of lambskin in shiny black color. What I like best is its diamond-shaped quilted design which add luxuriousness and modern to its all design. It also features flap top opening and silver tone Chanel logo on the front. Measuring at 15×8×6.5 inches, it has enough space to hold daily accessory with zip pockets inside. I could hold it over my shoulder or in my hands through the metal chain with leather in the middle.
It is the black color which goes well with and suitable for whatever outfits in your wardrobe, and it is perfect as a daily use when I go shopping, go to the office or have a dinner with my friends. I would like to choose some casual outfits such as simple dress with shirts or jeans with T-shirt to match this simple satchel.

I think this kind of bag is quite suitable for the mom who needs a large bag that could hold a lot of things with a number of pockets. With a dimension of 17? wide, and 24? tall, it is quite functional.

Today I would like to review a kind of Chanel classical flap bag -Chanel Madison Patent Leather Flap to you. Though it is a new version of the flap bag, it is still gorgeous and elegant, and seems to be a timeless one.
This bag has an array of colors, including the liquid gold which I like best, for this color make it look luxurious and elegant. This quilted flap bag is made of smooth leather that gives a comfortable touch and could last for a long time, and features the signature turn-lock and the typical CC logo on the front flap. I love the flower on the flap of the bag which could add femininity and distinctive to its all design. With the subtle metal chain links gracing the center of the bags, I could carry it in my hands or over my shoulder. Sized at 10?L x 4?W x 6?H, it could hold necessary daily items with two compartments and an open pocket.
Personally I think this gold leather flap is quite suitable for the formal occasion, and it goes well with those formal outfits, such as suit or some black or white dress.

Chanel Karl Lagerfeld’s Bag was released last year and belongs to the Chanel spring and summer 2010 collection. When I first saw this bag, I was amazed and surprised at its design that Karl printed his own figures on the bag and I have to admit that it is a interesting and fantastic handbag.
Though this bag is made in a simple way, it has intelligent design and special quality sense. It features a black and white tote with Karl Lagerfeld’s headshot printed on the front. What is more interesting is that its handles are the finishing touch which are placed on his ski goggles or his significant sunglasses.
In the fashion show, the model Angela Lindvall got to understand the essence of his bag, performing the best of its handbag. Look at the above picture, she is putting the touch on her face and peering through the handles. In this case, this bag seems to be her mask, making the whole show with her new fashion sense.
I think this bag is not suitable for daily use and could only as a classic collection, for the Karl Lagerfeld’s figure was printed on it and I do not always want to take him with me.
