Amber, 30, filed for divorce from her husband of 15-months on Monday, three days after the death of his beloved mother .
Multiple insiders have since claimed relations between the couple are far from amicable due to the bitter feud between Amber, Betty Sue, his sisters and his children with Vanessa Paradis.
According to TMZ they all “hated” Amber and “openly discussed” how she would “treat him [Johnny] like c***.”

Betty Sue, who was known to be extremely close to her son, reportedly blamed The Rum Diary actress for keeping her and Johnny apart, with both eventually claiming it was her way of “controlling” the actor.
Insiders reportedly told the publication that things only got worse when ailing Betty Sue moved into Depp’s Los Angeles compound where the tension between the two women in the actor’s life was “palpable”.
The 81-year-old reportedly told friends before she died that she feared the Texan beauty was using her son for money, fame and to boost her own career.
The sources claimed Amber and Betty Sue had two “sit-downs” in an attempt to clear the air, but both times it ended with the actress being branded a “terrible person”.

There was no further mention in the report about the relationship Amber had with her step-children Lily Rose, 16, and Jack, 14.
She had previously claimed to love being their step-mum, telling Marie Claire last December: “[It’s] an honour and the greatest, most surprising gift I have ever received in my life.
“I feel new flavours that I didn’t know existed. New colors that I didn’t know existed have been added to my life. I’m so happy.”

The Pirates of the Caribbean star was incredibly close to his mother and had wed Amber during a civil ceremony at their home in Los Angeles before their lavish wedding in the Bahamas as Betty was too frail to travel at the time.
A source previously told Entertainment Tonight: “She is too frail to travel, so he and Amber got married in LA for her. Johnny convinced Amber to have a small ceremony at their LA home.”
She had also made a rare public appearance at the couple’s engagement party in March 2014, three months after Depp had popped the question to his girlfriend.
Johnny was so close to his mother that he had a tattoo of her name inside a heart on his left arm and bought her a $1million 43-acre Kentucky farm in 1995.
The couple have been married for 15 months
He often spoke about his mother in interviews and her advice to him on how to stand up to bullies.
He said: “She’d come from nothing but hillbillies and she said, ‘OK, here’s the deal. Next time anybody puts their hands on you, pick up a brick and lay them out’. And I’ve taken that advice ever since.”
Opening up about her difficult upbringing, he continued: “My mother was raised in a shack, in the wilds of Appalachia, where the toilet was an outhouse. She used to say she did the same things that her mom did – and her mom certainly didn’t know any better. With my kids, they’re told 75 times a day that they’re loved. One thing I know is they feel loved and secure and happy and needed and necessary and a part of something.”
The actress filed a divorce petition on Monday May 23 citing “irreconcilable differences ” and seeking spousal support, according to gossip website TMZ.

But the 52-year-old actor – who is estimated to be worth around $400 million – is now said to have filed a response through his lawyer Laura Wasser asking for Amber’s maintenance claim to be turned down.
The couple are not thought to have put a pre-nuptial agreement in place before they tied the knot in February 2015.
The publication claims Amber wrote in the divorce documents that the pair separated on May 22.

The made a cringe-worthy apology video to the Australian government after she pleaded guilty to supplying false documents.
At the hearing at Southport Magistrate’s Court in Queensland last month, Amber’s lawyer Jeremy Kirk told the court she thought Johnny’s staff had already dealt with the two dogs’ travel documents, adding the documents had “slipped through the cracks”.
He said: “It was a terrible, terrible mistake. There was no attempt to deceive.”
Prosecutor Peter Callaghan agreed that Amber’s fame had drawn attention to the case but insisted “the laws apply to everyone”.
