For Spring/Summer 2016, menswear designer Paw Hansen adapts the military uniform to modern contexts, spinning select pieces with a utilitarian palette. Recently included in our September 2015 Under the Radar segment, Hansen, who spends time between London and Copenhagen, bases his operation on revamping high fashion for men.
Classic army silhouettes are reinvigorated but maintain their sense of functionality. High-quality materials are used to augment leather jackets and trousers; details like Riri army zips help styles to retain their ruggedness, while patch pockets add a contemporary finish.
